FC ACI 2000 OFFERS ITSELF TO ACADEMICIANS BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE ON LEAVE
After three consecutive confrontations with the JMG Academy – all won by the Academicians – in the first quarter, FC ACI 2000 still failed to gain the upper hand over the residents. Since the beginning of this year, FC ACI 2000 will have played the most games against the Academy. Already, two in the first quarter, in February and March with scores that were 13-7 and 5-0, all in favor of the Academy. Last Saturday’s games for the Academicians were a double challenge. The most important thing was to beat for the third time an opponent who admits defeat with difficulty and, then to make the morale high before the holidays . But, as if to answer their wishes, this reunion kept all its promises with very eloquent scores.
Thank you and have a good holiday. See you guys soon !
First game (20X3)
5th Promo Academy – FC ACI 2000 de Bamako (minimes)27 – 7
THE ACADEMY CRUSHES THE FC ACI 2000
In the small category, the offensive appetite of the Academicians was not long in coming.
On the 3rd floor, Essel Amos slides a bullet to Awudu Soumaïla on the left flank. The latter, with his long strides down the space then a crossbar finds Acka Ballack, who with a short right outer hook, eliminates his vis à vis before scoring the first goal of the game. It’s the beginning of the visitors’ ordeal, because actions similar to the previous ones that led to the goal of opening the score will bring other goals as beautiful in their designs as in their achievements, to the 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th and 16th minutes. But, the young coach Seydou Guindo of FC ACI 2000, will save face by Soumaré Mahama at ia 18th mn;, two minutes from the pose. The end of the first third thus intervenes on the score of (8 – 1) to the advantage of the Academy. It should be noted that the lawn was made very
slippery by the watering of the previous day but practicable.
At the restart, the two teams offer a show of technical gestures and dribbles strongly applauded by the unconditional public that came this morning. But, it lasted only 5 minutes when Acka Ballack receives a ball from Darkwa Emmanuel that he extends with a heel in the direction of Awudu Samuel’s run which with a shot from the left, ends the recreation at the 25′ then the 26′ on serve of the same Acka Ballack. At 27′, Acka Ballack made the difference with a pass from N’sobilla Davide. The visitors, far from being intimidated by the technical ease of their opponents with them, the public of the day won his cause, will try to return to the score at 22′, 25′, 37′, 38′ and 39th compensation; but the referee will end the second third time on the score of (10 – 5) for the second time in favor of the Academy.
The third quarter resumes Dongbill Clinton entering
in place of Awudu Soumaïla who will leave under the ovations of his comrades and the Staff of his coaches, visibly satisfied with his beautiful performance punctuated by a hat trick. The new entrant did not wait long to confirm all the good we thought of him by opening his goalscorer as early as the 40th minute with a millimetre pass from Anaadem Samuel, alias John, who had entered the pitch a little earlier in the 29th minute. At the 41st minute, the same Clinton subtly recovered the ball at the hesitant defensive line of FC ACI 2000 and scored his second goal. 7 others followed consecutively at the 47th, 48th, 51st, 53rd, 55th, 56th and 58th minutes to seal the fate of FC ACI 2000, which in a burst of pride managed to reduce its 9 goals from a goal to the 48th minute by Diané Mohamed. The third third will end on the score of (9 – 1).

Second game (25X3)
4th Promo Academy – FC ACI 2000 de Bamako (cadets) 28 – 6
LE FC ACI 2000 ASPHYXIATED BY THE ACADEMY
This second match caused a lot of anxiety among fans and supporters of the Academy who came to watch their friends beat the FC ACI 2000 cadet team; as their young friends did so well against the minimes in the previous match. Their concern was well justified by the fact that after the seven incoming players, there were only two players left on the substitutes’ bench. Besides that the sun was almost at its zenith.
But among the Academy’s trio of framers, this perception was not a major concern. They had their own ideas and a full awareness of the situation.
Once the two teams on the field of play, the referee kicks off the game and the academicians, not worrying about anything, after a short period of observation, opens the score in the 7th minute by Koné Brahlma alias Ibouka, the inevitable goléador, on one (8-5) that the referee actors in the second half.
The referee’s whistle ends the refreshment time and the final strategic instructions of the second half in each camp. For the third and last third, each team plays its own game. It is this moment that the Academy’s trio of coaches chose to bring in their last substitutes, Ouédraogo
from Konate Cheick Oumar. But visitors won’t hear it from this ear. Sofo Mohamed lifted his head in the 12th minute and saw Yéo Moussa in an ideal position to call the ball, which he immediately passed on to her to place her quietly in the net of the goals kept by Toulemo Mohamed. This goal action puts the Academicians in confidence who will be detached from their opponents by Koné Brahima in the 14th minute on the excellent service of Koné Cheick Oumar, his setter of the day. At the 18th minute Guindo Ibrahim who had seen Traoré Bréhima alone slightly beyond the middle line, passed the ball to him and a heavy shot adjusted the opposing goalkeeper. 4-1 score at this time in the first third seems a little complicated things for the young coach Séydou Guindo, who decides a defensive group to limit the damage to seven minutes of the break.
Georges and DiabatéSoumaïla alias “Le pro”, respectively in place of Obeng Richmond and Koné Brahima alias “Ibouka” released to the applause of the audience. The Academicians put their feet on the floor to finish the third third in a strong and beautiful way, because their opponents of FC ACI 2000, visibly exhausted by crazy races behind a
2000 ? The Academicians, masters of their subject, had not yet said their last word. They will take the opportunity to besiege the opposing camp to asphyxiate FC ACI 2000. Playing perfectly in the small spaces, they will register consecutively five new goals in the 19th, 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th mn which bring the score to (9-1) then intervenes the end of the first third.
In the second third, it is the visitors who will open the mark in the 25th mn. They will then be joined by the Academy at the 29th mn by Sofo Mohamed on Traoré Bréhima’s service. Both teams will start a pursuit race to win this second third time. The Academicians will score seven times to widen the gap, in the 33rd, 35th, 37th, 38th, 40th, 45th, 45th and 46th minutes, before raising their feet to certainly make the pass to the opponent who will try to reduce his liability in turn in the 39th, 41st, 47th and 50th minutes. So it was on the ball score increasingly elusive, becoming his property had no juice to keep pace. Thus, the residents of the Academy will dominate the game without sharing with 11 duels won for 11 goals scored against zero (11 – 0) It is on this other score in favor of the Academy JMG that the referee gives the final whistle to free the two teams.
