Belgian Premier League club KVC Westerlo have recruited Malian academy striker Dorgelès Nene to strengthen their squad. The transfer was announced on Tuesday 28 June 2022 by the Belgian press.
Dorgeles Nene, who remains at RB Salzburg until 2025, has signed a one-year loan deal. He becomes the Countrymen’s fifth new signing after signing Sinan Bolat, Nick Gillekens, Bryan Reynolds and Ravil Tagir this summer. Upon his arrival in Salzburg, Austria in 2021, Dorgelès was loaned out to Austrian second division side Liefering and then to first division side SV Ried.
