A new striker in the ranks of the Pro 2 group! The young Malian international Saiba Dabo, a fast and technically gifted percussionist, has joined the club from the prestigious Jean-Marc Guillou Academy for four seasons.

In the sights of SDR, the lively centre-forward joins the group trained by Franck Chalençon. “Our good relations with the Jean-Marc Guillou Academy, one of the references in Africa, which I would like to thank for its loyalty, have made it possible to conclude this long-term contract” explains Mathieu Lacour. The arrival of the player during the winter period will allow him to “acclimatise to a new environment by taking part in the end of the season with the Pro 2 group”, says the general manager of Reims. It will be a first experience in Europe for the player, who will not be disoriented, as he will be adding to the Malian colony, which already includes El Bilal Touré, Moussa Doumbia and Fodé Doucouré.
