The Atlas Lions coach will unveil his preliminary list in the coming days. Hervé Renard is said to have pre-selected a Lionceau de l’Atlas to take part in the 2019 CAN.
It would be the captain of the U23, Sofiane Kiyine, who has received a summons from the French coach to participate in the Lions’ preparatory training camp which will start on June 4, 2019, reports the Italian media Tutto Mercato.
The 23-year-old midfielder from the academy has enjoyed an exceptional season in Serie A this season with Chievo Verona, which has earned him a very close following from major Italian clubs.
